QUALITY ASSURANCE

The various tests carried out by our laboratory guarantee the purity and quality of all our products:

Checking the raw materials:
Every product that becomes an ingredient and thus part of the manufacture of
a Swiss Perfection product goes through our test laboratory which will check that the product characteristics meet the specifications that have been previously defined.

Checking the packaging components:
All the ingredients that go into the packaging are subjected to compatibility tests. This process enables checking that their characteristics meet the defined speci-
fications, with the aim of protecting the products against any harmful influences.

Checking before packaging:
After the cosmetics have been produced, samples are taken to undergo two types of tests:

¬ Physico-chemical test: this allows checking that the specifications have    been complied with, by performing different tests (pH, viscosity, spectro-
   colorimetry, relative density, etc.).
¬ Testing for bacteria: this allows ensuring the microbiological conformity of
   the product.

Checking after packaging:
Once the products have been packed, samples are taken to ensure the total absence of bacteria.

Checking the stability of the products:
In order to check that our products retain all their properties during the time they are being used, they are ‘stressed’ by subjecting them to great variations in temperature and humidity.

Traceability
Traceability is a basic commitment of the company, and is part of an approach that is based on transparency and trust. By putting a code on the product, it is possible to go back to the source of the material and to reactivate the quality tests relating to the production of the particular batch. All our packaging includes clear and precise labels, and we attach great importance to the informative nature of the details given on our packages.
